Kathleen Cooper completed her BA in Music (Organ) at Connecticut College as a student of John Anthony. She was a substitute, interim and permanent organist in New London County, CT, where she also served as Sub-Dean and Dean for the New London County chapter AGO. While living in Madrid, Spain, with her husband, she studied early Spanish organ music and survival Spanish. Presently, she is a substitute organist, does sculptural welding and enjoys running along the Potomac. She is a member of the Association of Anglican Musicians and is very active in music activities and outreach volunteer work as a member of St Columba’s Episcopal Church, Washington DC.
